Innovator Founder Visa
Launched on 13th April 2023, the latest Innovator Founder visa is a direct route to settlement in the UK. It is an ideal way for individuals with relevant business experiences who aim to establish a new business or to expand an overseas business in the UK.
Compared to the legacy Innovator visa route, the new Innovator Founder visa do not require applicants to have any specific level of funds to invest in their proposed business. Successful applicants will be granted 3 years of enter and remain, which can be extended for unlimited number of times. The visa holder can also apply for settlement if their business fulfils settlement criteria at the end of the 3 years.

As of 13 April, 2023, the Innovator Founder Visa no longer requires a minimum investment of £50,000 GBP.

General Requirements
Meeting the English language requirement of CEFR Level B2 or having a qualification equivalent to UK degree-level qualifications.
Requirement of an endorsement letter from an Home Office approved endorsing body following the assessment of an innovative, viable and scalable business plan.
Proof of maintenance funds by having at least £1270 for no less than 28 days to support yourself in the UK.
